For over a decade, this tournament has been about more than golf and volleyball. It’s about the people who show up year after year to compete, celebrate, and be part of something that keeps getting better.
We come together on the third weekend of May to test ourselves across two days and two games. Saturday brings the focus and friendly fire of golf. Sunday brings the energy and grit of volleyball at the Harbor. Whether you’re sinking your first real tee shot after a season of range work, grinding out 18 holes in the afternoon wind, or battling on the sand, the spirit is the same: give it everything, then share the story afterward.
But ask anyone who’s been here, and they’ll tell you the scorecard isn’t what brings them back. It’s the community. The post-round parties, the heckling at the 18th green, the inside jokes that span years, and the new faces who become regulars. It’s watching players of every age and ability rise to the challenge, supporting each other through injuries, comebacks, and milestones alike. Each year, the field grows stronger and the bonds grow deeper.
This event exists because of you. Because of a love of the game in all its forms, a hunger for honest competition, and a community that treats every player like family. Here’s to the years behind us, and the many more ahead.
